Army Sgt. 1st Class Matthew Briles, the Signal Systems Support non-commissioned officer in charge for 36th Infantry Division, Task Force Spartan, readies The Bronze Order of Mercury medals for their recipients at an award ceremony, April 8, 2021, at the Zone 1 Chapel on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The award was given to 25 members of the Signal Corps Regimental Association who had served the regiment well and made a significant contribution to the association’s activities in the pursuit of its goals.
