Abdominal somites without spines, but somite 5 with a small papilliform process ventrally on either side. Telson deeply hollowed in middle, with spine at angle and five long feathered setae on either side; spine 2 reduced to a minute hair. Antennule unsegmented. Antennal scale unsegmented, with ten setae; endopod nearly as long as scale, with three long apical setae; basis with ventral spine.
