Round Black Spanish. This radish grows to a fair size, is round in shape and considered one of the best for winter use. Oz., 10 cts.; â 4; lb , 15 cts ; lb., 45 cts. lions' Black Spanish. Grows long in shape, is of good flavor and used by those who prefer a long radish to a round sort. Oz., 10 cts. ; % lb., IS cts. ; lb., 45 cts. California White Winter. Grows from ten to twelve inches long, is verv solid and of good quality. A good keeper. Oz , 10 cts. ; \^\t>., 20 cts. ; lb., 50 cts. RHUBARB. Linnaeus and Victoria. Each, Oz., 10 cts. ; % lb., 35 cts. ; lb, (For RHUBARB ROOTS, see Vegetable Plants, etc., page 27.) SALSIFY, or Vegetable Oyster. Ger. Haftr-Wurzel. Mammoth Sandwich Island. (See eta.) This variety grows here to a very large size, nearly twice as large as the Long White, and resembles a good-sized parsnip. It is pure white and very mild and delicately flavored, anil is very popular. Oz., lO cts. ; X lt> > 35 cts. ; lb., Long- White. This is the old original type of Salsify. It grows to a fair size and for a long time was the favorite variety and is still used by many who consider its flavor very fine.
