YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 14, 2018) Newly appointed chief petty officers march in formation before being pinned with their anchors during the 2018 USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) and 7th Fleet Chief Petty Officer Pinning ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka. A total of 13 Sailors were promoted to the rank of chief petty officer during the ceremony.
