Air Force Capt. Mason Weston,, 26th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron HC-130J Combat King II pilot, flies the aircraft during a combat airlift mission within the Central Command area of responsibility, Dec. 2, 2022. The ACE exercise sharpened the aircrew’s skills, enabling them to drop rescue bundles critical to the survival of isolated personnel in austere, hostile environments during personnel recovery and combat search and rescue operations.
