MEADE, Md (June 16, 2017) - Senior Chief Yeoman Charles Payton, assigned to Fleet Cyber Command/ 10th Fleet, receives his new senior chief anchors during the senior chief frocking ceremony. Fleet Cyber Command serves as the Navy component command to Strategic Command and Cyber Command. 10th Fleet is the operational arm of Fleet Cyber Command.
