Battle of Resaca de la Palma. This was a short and bloodyconflict, but the Americans were again victorious. American loss inkilled and wounded, 110 ; Mexican loss was at least 1,000. Gen. LaVega and 100 men were made prisoners. This was the second battle ofthe war fought between Gen. Taylor and Gen.
