La Turbie

The main road through La Turbie. La Turbie is a village on the Moyenne Corniche in the hills above Nice and Monaco in the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France. If you stop in the village and leave the main road you will find the old village of La Turbie, contains narrow streets paved with stone and brick there are carved lintels on many of the doorways on ancient houses. In the spring and summer plants and flowers add colour to the stonework.
