Denno, SUBASE Executive Officer Commander Daniel Rossler, Marilyn Deshields, SUBASE Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Director, Bob Kydd, SUBASE Command Master Chief Ray Powell and SUBASE’s Child and Youth Program Director, Cathy Terrall, cut the ceremonial ribbon.
