The Great Market House in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, UK

Plaque on the inscription: "This Great Market House was built in 1665 and replaced an earlier building. Major reconstruction took place in 1740 and 1795. The illuminated clock was installed to mark Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in 1887." "This building is Tetbury's distinguishing secular feature and is the best survival of a pilloried market house in England. A general market takes place here every Wednesday and a Women's Institute market on Friday mornings."
