PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 24, 2022) Sailors signal an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to the “Flying Eagles” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 122, as it launches from the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Abraham Lincoln is underway conducting routine operations in 3rd Fleet.
