Fiona MacKeown the mother of raped and murdered teenager Scarlett Keeling(15). Scarlett was one of eight children. Pictured at her home in Devon England. Fiona left her daughter In Goa whilst she kept on with her travels around India. Scarlett was found murdered on Anjuna beach in Goa in February 2008. Police said she had drowned but a second post-mortem revealed she had been murdered. Fiona was investigated by the Indian police for neglect but later cleared. Two men have been charged with her murder. She lives on a small holding which has been described as a squalor. Fiona was sentenced for benefit fraud April 2010 after falsely claiming £19,000 of income support.
