A large splendid fibula, Anglo-Saxon, 6th century Bronze with greenish patina and remains of fire gilding. The obverse side profusely decorated with engraved interlaced bands and chased geometrical patterns. The back with damaged pin suspension, the pin itself missing. Cleaned archaeological find, slightly dented. Mounted on an acrylic stand.
