SHANGHAI (Nov. 17, 2015) Adm. Scott H. Swift, commander Pacific Fleet, greets Vice Adm. Su Zhiqian, the East Sea Fleet Commander of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (Navy), after touring the PLA Navy Jiangkai II class guided-missile frigate Xuzhou (FFG 530), during a scheduled port visit of the forward-deployed Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63). Stethem is in Shanghai to build relationships with the PLA Navy and demonstrate the Navy’s commitment to the Indo-Asia-Pacific.
