Young & Sons Co. made one-of Russell roses costing $100, which was much admired. Easter coming late this year, the growers are at a loss how to hold back their lilies. Other bulbous stock will be nearly over by that time, espe- cially if warm weather sets in. Vio- lets are sure to be over by that time. H. Lloyd, of the Shackelford Nursery Co., says with a few warm days they will he cutting thousands of outdoor sjiring flowers. The snow storm will not harm tiiem.
