The old standard sort, being from ten to twelve days earlier than the old Blood Turnip. The roots are large in size, and of a rich, deep crimson color. Of handsome round shape, very deep blood red in color, and exceed- ingly s^veet and tender in quality. They mature early, and have given the very best satisfaction as a bunch beet. Per pkt, 6 cts., oz. 8 cts., ^4 lb. 15 lb. 60 Market Gardeners' Beet rl^KET GARDENERS'. This variety is an ideal "Maiket Gardener's" Beet, with small tap-root and but few fibrous roots; color deep blood-red. When cooked they are dark red, fine grained and unsurpassed in quality. One sowing only is necessary to produce early beets for market and main crop for winter use, which is not the case with other varieties.
