Electric Road Between Haarlem and Zandvoort During the first days of July the electric road betweenHaarlem and Zandvoort, the first of its kind in Holland,was put into operation. This occurrence has a particularsignificance, as the Netherlands, with their vast commer-cial interests, have heretofore arrayed themselves againstthe introduction of electric roads, and up to this time theshort accumulator road, Haag-Scheveningen, operated insummer alone, was the only electric road in BATTERY SHIFTING CAR the National Meter Company, of New York, run at This is belted direct to a 40-kw.
