Hing Hay Park in Seattle’s Chinatown–International District is deserted on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. Under governor Jay Inslee’s statewide stay home proclamation to limit the spread of COVID-19, now extended until May 4, people are able to leave their homes only for essential activities including grocery shopping, exercise and caring for a family member, friend or pet.
