160302-ZZ999-141 NORTH SEA (Feb. 29, 2016) An SH-60 Sea Hawk performs a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) aboard the Whidbey Island-class dock landing ship USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) in Trondheim, Norway. Fort McHenry is participating in Exercise Cold Response 2016, a Norwegian invitational, NATO Military Training and Exercise Program (MTEP), Article 4 live exercise with invitations to all NATO and select Partnership for Peace Nations that will involve approximately 16,000 troops from 12 countries.
