CAMP LEJUNE, (Feb. 27, 2009) President Barack Obama delivers remarks to service members and civilians during a visit to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Obama told the audience he plans to begin a withdrawal of combat troops from Iraq and by August 2010 to have about 50,000 troops in the country to provide training and counter-terrorism operations.
