Letters to theEditor Editor, Canadian Grocer.—Am afraidthere is too much rubbish talked aboutfresh eggs. The average farmer takes aweek to gather enough eggs to ship. Ittakes the next week to get them to mark-et and on the consumers tables. Arefourteen day eggs good enough for freshif properly kept ? I say they are. Thereare more eggs not gotten to market untilthey are thirty days old and there alwayswill be. This refers to the averagefarmers eggs, which mean about 90 percent, altogether. GORRIE & , Ont.
