These few complex significant gestures are some ofthe most obvious, and principally such as occurred inthe illustration of other parts of this system; theyserve, however, in some degree, to explain the natureof these gestures. But among the writers who havetreated particularly of significant gestures, none havewritten with greater ingenuity than Engel: we willborrow, therefore, an example or two from him.
