ODISSI:- It is indigenous to Orissa, eastern India and follows the principles of Natyashstra, Poses replicate temple sculptures, great similarity to Bharat natyam in basic pattern. Odissi emphasizes sinuous postures and is enlivened by variety of elevations and jumps. It is predominantly dance for women.
