This boardvisited the cities and towns who hadinducements to offer the governmentin order that their community mightbe chosen as the location of thisenormous plant. It meant a greatdeal to these cities if they could se-cure this new titanic industry,hence they pulled, boosted, talked,and did all in their power to makea good impression on the board ofinvestigation.
