SILVERDALE, Wash. (Nov. 22, 2016) – Lt. Cmdr. Savanna Steffen, Transient Personnel Unit (TPU) incoming commanding officer, salutes Rear Adm. Gary Mayes, commander, Navy Region Northwest, during the TPU change of command ceremony held at the Naval Base Kitsap – Bangor Chapel. Steffen relieved Lt. Cmdr. Jay Hyler as commanding officer of TPU during the ceremony.
