There are no railroads in the county, but two are prom-ised prior to the opening of the Wind River Reservation, June15, 1906. It is reached by daily stage from Casper, on theFremont, Elkhorn and Missouri Valley railroad, and Rawlins,on the Union Pacific railroad. The mean annual temperatureis 420.
