Rear Adm. Mark Bipes, deputy commander, Navy Medicine West, and deputy director, Medical Service Corps, stops by the Fargo Library where children watched a Navy Week demonstration from Navy divers with the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center. Each year, Navy Week brings Sailors to 15 cities across America that don’t have a large Navy presence with the goal of sharing information about the Navy with communities throughout the nation.
