Rear Adm. David R. Callahan, Commander, Coast Guard District Eight, addresses attendees of the Rescue Me painting dedication ceremony at the Hale Boggs Federal Building, Tuesday. The painting was created by Dale Fairbanks, a Louisiana native, and depicts a Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter rescuing citizens of New Orleans closely following the passing of Hurricane Katrina.
