LOUIS (July 21, 2016) – Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Eddis Ramirez, recruit division commander, Recruit Training Command, stands at attention next to the 58th Cardinal Division during a swearing-in ceremony at Busch Stadium. Forty-eight recruits from Navy Recruiting District St. Louis took the oath of enlistment prior to a baseball game between the St. Louis Cardinals and San Diego Padres.
