Maj. Gen. David Lesperance, the commanding general of the 2nd Infantry Combined Division, and Command Sgt. Maj. Shawn Carns, the senior enlisted advisor of the 2ID, present the "Heart of the Brigade Award" to Mrs. Tina Dougher. Dougher received the award for her efforts amounting in over 500 hours of volunteer work assisting Soldiers and their families within the 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade.
