From among the neutral nations the fol-lowing were invited to membership on condition Member-that they accept within two months: the Argen- shiptine Republic, Chili, Colombia, Denmark, the Netherlands,Norway, Paraguay, Persia, Salvador, Spain, Sweden, Swit-zerland, and Venezuela. Other nations, including the Cen-tral Powers, may be admitted to the League by a two-third vote of the GERMANY AND THE TREATY OF VERSAILLES A member may withdraw from the League after twoyears notice, provided it has fulfilled all its internationalobligations and all its obligations under the Covenant. Ifan amendment to the Covenant is adopted that is unsatis-factory to a member, it may withdraw from the Leagueat once. Territorial Clauses The neutralization of Belgium and of Luxemburg,hitherto guaranteed by the Powers, is declared at an end;their future status is to be determined by the Belgium andLeague in due time.
