A piece of volcanic rock on a beach at El Golfo in Lanzarote

A piece of volcanic rock on a beach at El Golfo on the western coast of Lanzarote. Much of the landscape here was altered forever during the 1730-1736 eruptions on the island. High in Silica the lava was very free flowing and destroyed many of the villages and agricultural land.
