Glasgow, Scotland, UK. 26th January, 2018. The Statue of James Watt in front of the People's Palace in Glasgow Green gets the Glasgow treatment with the addition of an orange traffic cone placed on his head. A coned statue now reflects the mischievous humour and the spirit of the city's residents. James Watt (1736 - 1819) was born in Greenock and became a Scottish inventor, mechanical engineer and a chemist famous for his Watt steam engine. Credit: Skully/Alamy Live News
