Flowers bloom at the Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan (The Presidential Palace) during a press Mughal garden reopen for the general public from February 13th to March 21st for seven hours from 10 AM to 5 PM. The visitors book their slots through online registration. The historical building was closed for the general public due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
