SOUTH CHINA SEA (April 6, 2018) The aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) leads a formation during a PHOTOEX with the Republic of Singapore Navy Victory-class corvette RSS Valiant (PGG 91), the Formidable-class frigate RSS Supreme (FFG 73) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102).
