City of Boulder Police Chief Greg Testa speaks about hate crimes during a community meeting at Boulder High School


Following the 2016 Presidential election, city of Boulder and Boulder County officials made it clear they do not intend to report undocumented residents to Federal authorities. They also encouraged all residents to report hate crimes. Speaking to an audience of local residents at Boulder High School, Boulder Police Chief Gregory Testa encouraged reporting of hate crimes, illegal scams and other criminal activity while assuring that undocumented victims that his department does not report undocumented residents to immigration authorities.
