A British Army Warthog, armoured infantry carrier thunders up a gravel track in the last light of the day, the setting sun glinting off the armour and track wheels. Warthog consists of two cabs, the front containing the driver, the commander and a turret gunner, while the rear can carry a number of infantry troops. it is seen here during Exercise Pastun Dawn, a joint service training exercise prior to the deployment to Afghanistan (Operation Herrick) that occurs on the Salisbury Plain training area in the south of the United Kingdom.
