Soldiers of the Kentucky Army National Guard flew to the Wright Brothers National Monument in Kitty Hawk, NC on July 11, 2021. Pilots and crew of Bravo Company, 2/147th Assault Helicopter Battalion (AHB), based out of Boone National Guard Center in Frankfort, KY, landed four UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters on the same landing strip of Orville and Wilbur Wright’s first airplane flight of 1903.
