Soldiers from the 166th Infantry, formerly known as the 4th Ohio Infantry, crossings a temporary bridge at Bettingen, Germany. The original bridge was destroyed by Allied airmen dropping bombs on it. The photograph was taken by Sergeant Hainlin on December 5, 1918, and was issued with the notes labeled '38595'.
