The largest $, about 9 mm, differs from Sars 1. c. in the following characters. Eyes small, but not very small, and they are round, not oval: ocels distinct, but colourless (Sars: dark brown). Antenna 1 as long as head 4 mesosome, antenna 2 about as long as head + mesosome + metasome (Sars: "the antennae are ... well-nigh equal in size, appreciably exceeding half the body in length"). Antenna 1. flagellum has 10 joints 1. c. but 6th joint (hand) is broader
