Carroll is againhaving trouble with his injured leg. Almosta year ago hs received a slight injur\,which, however, failed to heal for a coupleof months. Trouble developed again aboutMay 10 and at the present time he is unableto use it. All of his friends wish him aspeedy Little W. E. Mr. Duncan wasa retired Baltimore and Ohio passengerconductor and had been an invalid for thepast 22 years. He entered our service in1881 and retired after twenty years serviceas brakeman and freight and passenger con-ductor. He was a member of the Order ofRailway Conductors, the Grand Army ofthe Republic and a charter member of thePresbyterian church of Willard. Burialwas in Greenwood Cemetery, Willard. Twosons and four sons-in-law acted as pall-bearers. Mr. Duncan was a resident ofGarrett for several years before moving toWillard in 1887.
