Thousands of people graced the opening of the annual Giant Lantern Festival in San Fernando Pampanga in which twenty feet lanterns are lighted with around ten thousand light bulbs and manually powered by a rotor system that creates kaleidoscope of lights interplay that matches with the beat of different Christmas songs.
