Next the idler blocks are put up and thenthe load chain is run back on the hoist. John I). Fingen-felter was arrested on Aug. 30, following an investigationof the cutting of feed wires on the Brazil and Danvilledivisions of the Terre Haute, Indianapolis & Eastern Trac-tion Company during the attempted strike on the inter-urhan lines, and the organizers who were at work amongthe men on the Indianapolis city lines left the city.
