Australian parasitic wasp


The female Lissopimpla excelsa wasp is a parasite of caterpillars and the male wasp is a pollinator of all five species of Cryptostylis orchids. If there were no caterpillars for Lissopimpla grubs to feed on there would be no Cryptostylis orchids.
