Oneof the strong characteristics of Mr. Wales was hismarked love of justice. A prominent business manof Stoughton, who knew him well, says, When hepromised to do anything he would do it. His wordwas as good as his bond. He never sued a manduring his long business life, and never wanted anytrouble with any one.
