A tall mobile crane, the size of 10 stacked double decker buses, is being used for the operation. Work to remove the debris and make the area safe is scheduled to be completed in time for the Bournemouth Wheels Festival on 3-5 June where large crowds are expected on East Cliff for the event. © Carolyn Jenkins/Alamy Live News
