Commandant Gustin had requested us to try andfind the exact locality of the grave amid the ruins of thefactory, to clear it of grass, and to secure photos of thespot to be sent to the dead mans family- Upon reachingthe site of the factory, however, we were unable in thetime at our disposal to find out exactly where the gravewas situated, and we could see no local native fisherman,who would doubtless have been able to take us straight tothe place ; we therefore had to return to Hardy, unsuccess-ful in our search.
