The execution of the 'Virginius' crew expedition. Of the 135 crew members of the 'Virginius', four were shot in Santiago de Cuba on the 4th of November 1873 and 37 on the 7th including Capitan Pry. Lieutenant Pascual Cervera commanded the vessel, he became Admiral of the Spanish Fleet and was taken prisoner in the waters of Santiago de Cuba in card from the History of Cuba, Geografico Universal, Propaganda de los Cigarros Susini y La Corona, Tabacalera Cubana.
