In recent years this variety has supplanted the Turnip in many gardens and on many farms because many prefer the Rutabaga (yellow turnip) for table use to the regular Turnips, also because it will keep to perfec- tion all winter until late the following spring. One of the best Rutabagas for table or stock feeding. It is the sweetest; the largest; the best looking; the biggest cropper; the easiest to harvest; the best keeper; the most even in size; ripens most uniformly. The flesh is fine grained, golden-yellow, mild flavored, solid and sweet. Pkt. 10c; oz. 15c; V4 lb. 25c; 1 lb. 65c. Postpaid. 2115 Neylon Neckless. Popular with growers who market in New York City.
