JOINT BASE MYER-HENDERSON HALL (July 31, 2017) Senior Chief Legalman Karyn Sigurdsson, assiged to the Region Legal Services Offices at the Washington Navy Yard, presents a flag representing a Sailor who died in the fire aboard the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal (CVA-59), during a ceremony commemorating the 50th anniversary of the tragedy in Conmy Hall, July 31. More than 250 survivors of the fire and their families were in attendance for the ceremony.
